Last Will and Testament
Samuel Harry
In the name of God Amen
I Samuel Harry of the county of Woodford and the State of Illinois do make and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say: I bequeath to my wife Mary R. Harry all my goods and chattels lands
and tenaments that I now possese or may become in possession of hereafter and also I do hereby appoint my Wife R. Harry to be my excecutor of this last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of March 1861.

The above instrument was at the date thereof signed and sealed published and declared by the said Samuel Harry as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscibed our names as witnesses thereto.

James W. Ward being duly sworn in open court doth depose and say that he was present at the execution of the forgoing last will and testament of Samuel Harry late of said county deceased that he saw the said Samuel Harry subscribe said will and heard him publish and declare the same to his last will and testament and that he believed and still does believe that the said testater at the time of executing the same was of full age, of sound mind and under no restraint, that he signed said will as a witness thereto in the presence and at the request of the said testater and in the presence of George Ward, the other subscribing witness thereto.

John Stone and Albert Ward being duly sworn in open Court do depose and say that they are personally acquainted with George Ward one of the subscribing witness to the will of Samuel Harry deceased, hereto ?, and with the hand writing of the said George Ward, that verily believe that the signature of said George Ward to the said will as a witness thereto is genuine, that the said George Ward is now in the army of the United States and not a resident of the state of Illinois.
